We stayed in Stefano's great apartment at the beginning of October. Great location, great hosts, right on the bay... what more could you ask for. We (family with two children, 11 and 13) will definitely be back…. 😁🎉🥳

Large and very usable apartment (we were comfortably 6 including two children), as well as fully equipped. The position, almost on the water's edge, is truly enviable. Really nice vacation.

Our stay at Incanto Apartment was excellent, the property is equipped with everything you need to spend a carefree holiday, ideal for four people, the location is wonderful, we always had lunch and dinner on the balcony from which you can enjoy a view enchanting.

I stayed with my family in Stefano's house and we were all amazed by its beauty: it is located directly on the sea (waking up in the morning with the lapping of the waves is a real luxury!), Next to the third beach of Golfo Aranci ( ideal beach for families, fine sand, crystal clear and shallow sea). The house is very tastefully furnished, functional, clean, spacious for a family of 4 (but it can accommodate up to 6 as the large living room has a sofa bed) and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances and furnishings. We were greeted on arrival by Daniela, a very helpful person who gave us all the information for the stay and Stefano was always responsive and very flexible for the check-out time. If we have the opportunity to spend another holiday in Sardinia we will certainly return.

We were here with our 3 year old daughter. The location of the house and the layout of the apartments provide absolute privacy. The apartment is simply furnished, but tastefully and comfortably. Everything was available, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, everything you have at home. We connected playgrounds to dinner on foot. In the morning or in the evening we went to the supermarket for breakfast. We enjoyed that on the balcony in the sunshine. We spent the rest of the day having a lot of fun and joy on the beach and in the clear water. Big thanks to Daniela and Stefano for the attentive hospitality. You could always be reached quickly. All in all, we have found one of the most wonderful places.

What can I say, I went out today after my week rebooking for next year, comfortable home all the services seen from…. ENCHANT. A postcard, silence, only the silence and the colors of the sea, go down 10 meters to the white beach and transparent sea, dinners on the beach, music all perfect for relaxing and enjoying such a desired holiday ... .. thanks stefano

Very pleasant stay, apartment in a small residence in an excellent position, practically on the sea, well distributed and generous in size. Adjacent, convenient city beach with shallow water. Owner always available. Definitely an excellent solution for a holiday to remember.

The location with children is perfect. Children's beach, tennis court, place to kick and run right next to the house. Great beach bar. Supermarket around the corner, close to the city, and much more

Bright and clean apartment with good layout, large rooms, for up to 4 guests. Location at the waterfeont is unmatched. The view overlooking the turquise water from the master bedroom and the balcony is amazing. Communication and with Incanto Apartments was quick and pleasant at all times. Thanks to Stefano for keeping us informed about local laws and measures during the Covid19 pandemic. We were very pleased with our stay at Incanto Apartments! Another thanks to Daniela for being flexible with Check-In and Check-Out hours.

I think I have been in few places like this, the chance to experience a short holiday in such a unique place is certainly unforgettable. The location of the apartment and its wonderful view did the rest. The owner Stefano, always available, helped to make this stay perfect.

The exclusive seafront location, the possibility of truly experiencing the sea from sunrise to sunset, waking up and falling asleep with the sound of the waves while breathing iodine, the possibility of forgetting the car because everything is within walking distance ... the only real flaw is that you don't want to go away anymore

Directly on the Terzaspiaggia in Golfo Aranci, perfect for our children. Wonderful view from both the terrace and the bedroom. Inside the house everything that can be used. Recommended!

A paradise ... right by the sea. Everything just went smoothly, including the direct booking on incantoapartment.it. The apartment is in a great location and the supermarket, restaurants and hairdresser can be easily reached on foot. Golfo Aranci is a beautiful place.

We spent a great vacation here. The pictures can hardly reflect the beauty of the location of the apartment and the mega view of the turquoise, crystal clear sea. Stefano was extremely nice and helpful, let us get to the apartment very early because we arrived early in the morning with the ferry. Check-in with Daniela also problem-free (only speaks Italian ...). Apartment spacious, very clean, modern and fully equipped as new. About 10 minutes on foot. to the promenade where there are many restaurants. We can only warmly recommend Stefano and his apartment and will - if possible - definitely go there again! Mille Grazie!

Sardinia already lends itself to unforgettable holidays thanks to all the beauty it offers but seeing it from this angle certainly gives you a rare stay. The house is perfect for two and for more people, nothing to say about cleanliness and hospitality. Everything in the house is well-kept, from the beams to the privacy of the separate bedrooms! Really a place that I recommend for those who want to spend a nice holiday. The sea at your doorstep is priceless and above all, WHAT A SEA !!! Thanks to the hosts !!

Sea sea sea .... I felt at home even if here the landscape, the climate and above all the view are much better !! Very convenient to have everything at hand (beach, restaurants, supermarket) especially for those like me who don't have a car. The only "flaw": the structure feels so good that you don't want to leave

The apartment is "unique", facing the sea. Open the windows and breathe iodine from morning to night. Too bad for bad weather and rain, but despite this it was a very romantic and intimate vacation. However, being able to stay by the sea but sheltered from the terrace made our stay unique. We have learned to listen to the sea. Many thanks also to Daniela who welcomed us but also helped "set up" the apartment in autumn mode. We will definitely be back next summer. With the equipped beach under the house and that restaurant by the open sea, it must be a dream

Happy to have been the first guests. The initial fear of having booked this apartment without reviews, literally dissolved as soon as we saw the spectacle that offered the view from the terrace and from the bedroom. We were able to have lunch, dinner, spend the evenings and sleep in contact with the sea. The apartment is on the top floor and this guarantees privacy from the prying eyes of the other bathers who stop on the beach below. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and nothing is really missing. All the necessary services are then a short distance away. Finally, we greatly appreciated the care and attention of Mrs. Daniela who welcomed us. When we return to Sardinia, this place will certainly be at the top of our list! It has become our paradise
